Delete your account

You can delete your account whenever you like. There are two ways: from inside the app, or by writing to support. Both end the same way.

Delete it from the app

  1. 1Open Quizneu and go to the Profile tab.
  2. 2Follow Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. 3Read the warning and confirm. You are signed out once it is done.

Send a deletion request

If you cannot reach your phone, fill in the form below. Use the email address on the account — we verify you through it and take it from there.

We complete requests within 30 days; it usually takes a few working days. We email you to confirm we have it.

What deletion removes

  • Your account and profile details
  • The sets, cards, exams and reading passages you created
  • Your study history, stats, streaks and XP
  • The words saved in your dictionary

Deletion cannot be undone. Your data is removed from the live system; copies in backups fall out of rotation within 30 days.

If other people copied a set you shared publicly into their own library, those copies stay with them. Billing records we are legally required to keep are also retained.

Your subscription is separate

A Quizneu Plus subscription runs through the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel it — cancel the subscription in your store account first, then delete the account.
