Common questions

I cannot sign in, or the verification email never arrived

Check your spam folder first — the verification message often lands there. If it is not there either, write to us from the address you registered with and we will verify the account by hand.

How do I cancel Quizneu Plus, or ask for a refund?

Plus is billed by Apple, not by us, so cancelling happens on your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Quizneu. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Plus stays active until the period you already paid for ends. Refunds are Apple's to give too — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Write to us anyway if something looks wrong; we can check the account from our side.

I ran out of AI translation or read-aloud

Translation and read-aloud run on a monthly character allowance. A free account gets a small one, Plus raises it considerably, and one-off credit packs top it up when a single month needs more. Everything else stays unlimited on a free account: creating flashcard sets, exams and reading passages, and studying them.

How do I report content or a user?

Every public set, exam, reading passage and profile has a report action in its menu. Reports go to moderation and are read by a person; content that breaks the community guidelines is removed, and accounts that keep doing it are suspended. If your account was suspended and you think that was wrong, the app shows you an appeal form — or write to us.

What happens to what I create?

It stays yours. The sets, exams, passages and dictionary words you add are visible to other people only if you choose to share them. The privacy policy below says exactly what is stored and why.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app, or by asking us to. Either way your content and your study history go with it.
